  • What happens if the car is damaged or stolen during my rental period?
    If the car is damaged, the most you will pay towards repairs is the damage excess stated in your rental agreement, provided you adhered to the rental terms. In case of theft, you will be liable for the theft excess amount. All incidents must be reported to us and the police immediately.
  • What are the requirements for renting a car?
    To rent a car from TRS , you need to be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. If your driver’s license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required. A valid credit card in the driver’s name is also necessary for the security deposit.
  • What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
    In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact police and TRS immediately. For accidents, obtain a police report and an incident report from the rental counter. For breakdowns, follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. Do not attempt any repairs without our authorization.
  • How can I book a car with TRS Car Rental?
    Booking a car with TRS is easy and convenient. You can book online through our website or via our mobile app. Simply select your preferred vehicle, choose your rental dates, and complete the booking process.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, Cash, and Crypto for booking. the security deposit should made by credit card. Debit cards are not accepted for the deposit. Ensure your credit card has sufficient funds to cover the deposit amount.
  • What types of vehicles do you offer for rent?
    TRS offers a wide range of vehicles to suit your needs, including compact cars, sedans, SUVs, Minivan, and luxury vehicles. Whether you're looking for a fuel-efficient car for city driving or a spacious SUV for a family trip, we have you covered.
  • What is the fuel policy?
    Our fuel policy is "like-for-like." This means you should return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up. If the fuel level is lower, a refueling charge and a service fee will apply.
  • Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?
    Yes, you can add up to six additional drivers to your rental agreement. All additional drivers must meet the same age and licensing requirements as the primary driver and be present at the time of vehicle pick-up to sign the rental agreement.
